We are glad that you are considering how you might be able to support Yokefellow Prison Ministry! There are several ways that you can be involved in what Yokefellow Prison Ministry is doing across the state of North Carolina!
PRAY – The most important way to support Yokefellow is through your prayers. Please pray for the ministry, including the Volunteers, Local Coordinators, Board of Directors, and Staff as well as the inmates and prisons they serve. Pray for the spiritual growth of everyone affiliated with Yokefellow and that the ministry will operate in unity as all follow where God leads.

VOLUNTEER – Currently, Yokefellow only serves 2/3 of North Carolina’s prisons. In order for Yokefellow Prison Ministry to be able to achieve our vision of serving all of the correctional facilities in North Carolina and to continue branching out to include Residential Reentry and Returning Citizens, Yokefellow needs more volunteers. Prayerfully consider joining us in ministering to inmates in a prison near you.
You can find more information about volunteering HERE. If you still have questions please contact Carlton Gooding at 336-740-0392 or by email at cgooding@yokefellowprisonministry.org.
GIVE – Yokefellow Prison Ministry depends upon the donations of faithful Christians, partner churches, foundations, and other grants in order to operate.

Yokefellow Prison Ministry is a North Carolina 501(c)3 organization. All donations given are tax deductible. Our Tax ID # is 56-1059009. Yokefellow Prison Ministry sends receipts for all contributions received.
Yokefellow Prison Ministry has a Platinum Rating from Candid (formerly GuideStar) and is committed to being faithful stewards of the contributions that are given to the Ministry. We are continually grateful to those who believe in the mission of Yokefellow Prison Ministry and allow us to continue serving into the future.
If you feel led to make a financial gift to support the ministries of Yokefellow Prison Ministry you can do so by the following methods:
FAITHFUL FRIENDS PROGRAM – Started in honor of one of Yokefellow Prison Ministry’s founding volunteers, Rev. Jerry Murray, the Faithful Friends program is a monthly sustaining contribution program. There are two levels to the Faithful Friends program:

FAITHFUL FRIENDS – Our FAITHFUL FRIENDS are donors who have made a commitment to support Yokefellow Prison Ministry with a monthly, recurring gift of $10 a month ($120 a year). Our Faithful Friends are honored on our website as well as in our quarterly newsletters and annual report for their faithful support.
FAITHFUL FIFTY – The FAITHFUL FIFTY are donors who have made a commitment to support Yokefellow Prison Ministry with a monthly, recurring gift of $50 a month ($600 a year). Our Faithful Fifty Friends receive a gift of Yokefellow branded items as a thank you for their support and they are honored on the website, quarterly newsletters, and annual report as well.
